Graeme Hogg teamed up with Duncan Sutherland to form Inpartnership in late 2000. As Director, one of his key responsibilities is the financial control of the company and the individual projects under its management. Graeme is responsible for all negotiations and relations with external investors.Under Graeme's control Inpartnership secured £110m of project investment in the first 6 years of operation.
Graeme has 10 years experience in project and corporate finance having worked previously for a real estate subsidiary of Nomura Bank, and having run a private property equity fund.
Graeme has 7 years overseas experience having worked for the associate office of Healy & Baker in Moscow, Russia in the early 90's. During this time he was responsible for major commercial developments for clients such as Flemings, RJ Reynolds and Goldman Sachs.
Previously in the UK Graeme worked with URS Corp on major commercial development projects for clients such as Eagle Star Properties, Bellhouse Joseph and Sun Microsystems.
