David Fair

David Fair joined Inpartnership as Finance Manager in January 2005. David is responsible for the financial control of all development and partnership projects undertaken by the group, as well as internal and statutory reporting and other group financial functions.

David previously worked for MCD as a Financial Controller and Company Secretary, where he was responsible for all administrative and financial functions. He was also involved with external advisors, agents, and internal staff to initiate proper internal controls for the residential and commercial high profile schemes.

Prior to that, David Fair worked as a Financial Controller for Value Retail PLC, where he was responsible for the accounting, reporting and administration of a number of property holding companies and related service charge aspects.

David started his career as a Group Accountant for Saville Gordon Estates. He became Financial Controller in 1991, his key responsibilities and experience being all aspects of property company accounting, commercial and residential for both property investment and property development companies.
