Cathy Davis
Development Manager
Cathy joined Inpartnership in May 2008. Her role is to assist with the preliminary site investigations, viability and feasibility stages in preparation for implementing development schemes. Currently Cathy’s role is focusing on the North Solihull Community Village Centres; Murray's Mills development in Manchester; and St Augustines in Leicester.
Cathy has joined Inpartnership from a Development Assistant role for SEEDA, the South East England Development Agency. Cathy’s role dealt with direct and indirect delivery of development schemes with regional strategic importance. Her projects of both land and marine-related nature included large, mixed use regeneration; commercial; industrial; and leisure sites. Cathy assisted at all stages of the development process from project conception, due diligence and feasibility; acquisitions and disposals; procurement and contracting; to planning, monitoring, practical completion and evaluation.
Prior to joining SEEDA, Cathy worked for West Sussex County Council, Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council in their Economic Development departments. She was responsible for carrying out the industrial estate improvement survey across the Sussex coast which formed part of the Area Investment Framework.
Cathy passed her MSc in Property Development in 2007 and is now training to become a Chartered Surveyor in Planning and Development.
