Morwenna joined Sigma Inpartnership in November 2011 as Office and Project Team Assistant for the Manchester office.

Dealing with the day-to-day management of the Manchester office is one function of this role, alongside providing assistance with the ongoing regeneration projects, primarily working on Higher Broughton and Liverpool.

In Higher Broughton, Morwenna provides the customer care function for all new residents of the scheme undertaking viewings, property sales, arranging rentals and managing the maintenance of some 250 homes. 

Morwenna also provides an important market research function supporting the development team across the existing partnerships and in relation to new bids and prospective business areas.
