Investment - Our strong shareholder base
Inpartnership Ltd is owned by founding directors Duncan Sutherland and Graeme Hogg, and West Coast Capital.
West Coast Capital (www.westcoastcapital.co.uk) is one of the largest and most successful private investment groups in the UK. Founded by Sir Tom Hunter and Jim McMahon, it has a broad range of investments in related sectors including housing, retirement homes, leisure, commercial development and retailing. West Coast Capital has pledged the majority of its profits to good causes and over time expect to contribute £1b to poverty alleviation and education and training provision.
By investing through holistic partnerships, we derive maximum impact on the ground, create sustainable communities and deliver maximum returns to both shareholders and stakeholders alike. Inpartnership’s shareholders have created a major equity fund that is focused on the regeneration sector. The depth of finance available and our ability to deliver has allowed us to create partnerships attracting nationalinterest. We are consolidating our position as one of the UK’s most dynamic regeneration groups.
Graeme Hogg
Inpartnership Director
"We are delighted to have the backing of such influential shareholders. Their investment allows Inpartnership to consolidate our position as a nationally recognised urban regeneration specialist which, in terms of our regeneration model, currently has a significant lead on the market. The additional resources available to us through West Coast means we can deliver sustainable, high quality regeneration more quickly and effectively on the ground with our partners."
Duncan Sutherland
Inpartnership Director
"Our shareholders' credentials in the field of investment and development are second to none. We see the involvement of West Coast and as a real vote of confidence in our unique Inpartnership business model for achieving holistic, sustainable regeneration and we welcome the opportunities this brings for further successful expansion of the business."
